Modern Dance

Modern dance offers an incredible opportunity to connect mind and body, develop strength and flexibility, and explore your personal narrative through movement. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a curious beginner, modern dance provides a creative space to move authentically and explore the depth of human experience.

Tap Dance

Tap dance is a truly unique and exhilarating American art form where your feet become the music. Born from a rhythmic blend of African step dances and European footwork (like the Irish jig), tap uses metal plates on the heel and toe of the shoes to strike the floor, creating intricate, syncopated rhythms. Whether you're interested in the close-to-the-floor musicality of Rhythm Tap or the theatrical, full-body styling of Broadway Tap, this dynamic dance form is a fantastic workout that sharpens your timing, coordination, and musical awareness.

HipHop Dance

Hip-hop dance is more than just movement—it's a vibrant, continually evolving culture rooted in the streets of the Bronx, New York, during the 1970s. This umbrella term covers authentic street styles like Breaking (B-Boying/B-Girling), Popping, and Locking, and is characterized by its emphasis on individuality, improvisation, and dynamic athleticism. Hip-hop dance is a high-energy art form that allows you to connect directly to the music's rhythm, develop incredible strength and coordination, and truly express your unique style.
